At DeJane Unlimited, each piece is thoughtfully created with care and intention. Because many of our items are custom-made or made to order, our return and refund policy is designed to reflect the nature of our work while ensuring fairness to our customers.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Custom memory quilts
- Personalized embroidery items
- Custom-designed luggage and travel sets
- Made-to-order quilted pieces
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Ready-to-Ship Items
For non-custom, ready-to-ship items, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.
Fabric & Handmade Variations
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
- Slight variations in fabric placement, stitching, or color may occur
- These are not considered defects, but part of the uniqueness of each piece
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Sale or discounted items
