At DeJane Unlimited, each piece is thoughtfully created with care and intention. Because many of our items are handmade and made to order, shipping timelines reflect the time it takes to create something meaningful and lasting.
Processing & Production Time
All items are created before they are shipped. Typical production timelines are as follows:
- Custom Embroidery: 1–2 weeks
- Handmade Bags: 2–4 weeks
- Memory Quilts: 4–6 weeks
Production times may vary slightly depending on order volume, materials, and design complexity.
Once your piece is complete, you will be notified and your order will be prepared for shipment.
Shipping Time
After your order has been completed:
- Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days
- Shipping speed will depend on the carrier and method selected at checkout
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We ship through trusted carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
Custom Orders & Timing
Because each piece is made to order, production time is separate from shipping time.
If you have a special date or event in mind, we recommend reaching out in advance to reserve your place in our production schedule.
Delays
While we do our best to meet all timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volume
- Material availability
- Carrier delays outside of our control
We will always communicate if any significant delays arise.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
DeJane Unlimited is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, DeJane Unlimited is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
